Magic: Are You Willing?

Join this teleclass and shift your paradigms related to love, relationship, money, and more! This class is designed to challenge thought patterns, beliefs, and constructs that we so typically follow by habit. What change is possible when you dare to be different? What if different isn’t conflictual? What change would you be if you knew it would bring you joy? Are you ready?!

Join us for a 5-session teleclass series, spanning from November through February. Each class will be a journey into mystical, energetic realms of our Divine Beings. We’ll play in the Infinity Healing teachings; activating, releasing, clearing, and invoking what’s possible.

Each segment will start with an experiential “lesson” and then have a question and answer time at the end to explore how these teachings and tools can be used in real time life.

Treat yourself this winter to a powerful healing experience that will shift your consciousness!

Dates: November 17th, December 1st, December 15th, January 5th, January 19th, February 2nd
Time: 9:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Price: $395 ($295 for the first 20 sign ups!)

All teleclass sessions are recorded and sent to you via mp3 files again and again.

Spaghetti Squash Primavera

Cook spaghetti squash in the oven and shred it into spaghetti strings.

Top it with homemade sauce (I use the Rao’s jars no sugar marinara).

I saute greens, broccoli, summer squash and zucchini, garlic, onion, peppers, spinach, chard, carrots and whatever veggies you have.

Once veggies are all sauteed,  add the sauce and simmer for a while. Put this over the spaghetti squash and YUM what a meal.

This is very veggie dense.  You can add any meat you want to it – sausage, chicken, beef.

Coconut-Curry Yum

In crock pot or on the stove top combine:

  • 2 or 3 cups of chicken broth or the NO-chicken broth in the box at Whole Foods
  • 1 can of whole fat coconut milk
  • curry seasonings
  • chopped broccol
  • half an onion, chopped
  • tofu or chicken
  • spinach
  • carrots
  • sugar snap peas or any veggies you like
  • a touch of sea salt.

Bring to a boil and let simmer for an hour or two.  In the crock pot it takes about an hour.

You can add chicken/fish or tofu.

Cashew Cream Drink

Place these ingredients in a blender

  • 1 cup of water
  •  generous handful of cashews
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • touch of sea salt
  • 5 – 6 date
  • dash of cinnamon

For a thicker version add more cashews.  To make sweeter, add more dates.

I like to add my coffee and some raw cacao and YUM what a great drink!!
