End of Teleclass #5: From what I remember, corrections and different perspectives welcome, we talked about:
a) how shame and similar emotions could operate to keep one in their same paradigm in their culture, family, etc and slow one down from reaching their natural amazing state.
b) how these emotions can short circuit our growth/intentions/changes.
c) how these emotions can especially come up when we make bigger changes or changes more quickly.
d) we did a lot of clearings and activations….may everyone (on AND not on at the end of the call) benefit from these.
